To janybody,
I'm just wondering about your experiences with an Apple Mac
computer has been like? I'm looking into purchasing a Apple in the
future with an education discount and was just curious as to what the
blind community thought of Apple in general terms? Specifically of
course in realism towards the blind. Mainly I want a computer with
word processing, excell spreadsheet, databasing functionality,
management of files and other functions, navagation accessible, web
browsing accessible and a manual to read like Window-Eyes has and all.
Having the speech synthesizer turn on automatically would be a big
plus as well. Tell me also of your experiences of both pro-con in
dealing with Apple products and supportive services they offer as well
for us blind and also normal customers is like? Thank you all for what
contributions you will be able to help me decide in this matter. By
the way, I want to teach in secondary education in like Florida,
Colorado, Oregon, Washington, North Carolina, New York, new Mexico or
other more progressive state being a requirement of moving to move
there. I'm highly saught after in these fields with various
certifications on my resume and I would just like your information and
suggestions about this matter.
cordially,
Peter
