Hi!

Go to the window-eyes control panel control backslash. I believe what
you want is in the file menu.  

To change how something is pronounced, type the word the correct
spelling.  Then in the replace, type the way you want it pronounced.
Here's an example

There is a county in Ohio named Mahoning.   As you can see it
mispronounces it.  In the "replace" part (after tabbing) you would type:
Ma honeing.  You want the Ah sound in the letter a.  You can see if it
pronounces right, and if not, revise it.  If that doesn't help, let me
know.
