You'll sometimes find this keystroke (often audibly) as
Control-Shift-Question. The Slash and Question mark key are one in the
same. The reason that Question isn't entirely accurate is that it
typically requires the shift key to begin with, thereby rendering the
entire keystroke somewhat confusing.

there was a command of control-shift-F1 that would bring up a dialog
box for the set file of the program being used. It would then give
some tips on WE commands appropriate to that program, and you could
type in a few of your own notes. Do I simply have the command wrong,
