I had the same problem with IE locking up. Some ap had added Winamp
Toolbar to my list of aps. When I deleted it, the problem disappeared.

Another issue I encounter is this: I can't go to a new web page
without Window-Eyes locking up. Example; If I have www.google.com

I am running Windows XP Professional Service Pak3, Window-Eyes 7.2,
4GB RAM on this box, and all Microsoft updates right on target. I
still run IE7 because IE8 DOES NOT work too well with the stateside
Web Portal I need to use regularly in my daily work. Much thanks and
I hope I will get tips on how to solve this one. Else, I am SERIOUSLY
TEMPTED to REVERT back to a LAST-KNOWN-GOOD copy of Window-Eyes that
DID NOT pos this problem.
P.S. I DO NOT have Google Toolbar installed. I don't have any other
toolbars either unless there is one embedded in Windows without my
knowing it.
