I am having the same issue with Firefox. WE goes crazy and repeats the location and keeps saying frame. Ni keys work on the site but I can tab to another program and WE is fine. When I tab back to Firefox WE is still in repeat mode. I have to shut firefox down with the mouse pointer to revive firefox.
This does not happen all the time but does at
