Has anyone else had a problem removing the software so you can get the
latest release? Eset recommends removing old version and doing a clean
installation. I've been unsuccessful removing it under window vista premium
home edition. Someone on this list stated they ran the installation right
over the previous version,but I don't want to this as Eset don't recommend
it.
