Hi Sandra, I know it's inconvenient to do so, but try turning off scripting, and running that way for a while (days I'd guess). see if you get a feel if your crashing has stopped with scripting turned off. I can't think of much that really happens when you change windows, but this is a time when scripts may be active and doing something, and possibly doing something to the wrong window if it changes quickly. hth, Chip

Since I have 7.2 hereat work, I've had more crashing problems then I've had in awhile. At first I thought it might have been because I had started using my power braille again. But I had decided to leave it turned off for a time because of this. Plus, this problem could be a little of my fault. Seems like if I do alt-tab to fast, Window-eyes quits speaking. I was attempting to get from one screen to another and it did just that. I had our complainttracking open, microsoft word open, and outlook open. I was trying to get back to outlook. I could close other programs but from what I could tell, Window-Eyes would not even close for me. Ithought if I could get it to close, that maybe I could reopen. On this computer I'm still using IE7 and XP pro. It's a dell desktop computer. Sorry I don't know all the spects. I haven't had this problem at home because I have not been on it much lately. Thanks.
