Looks like they just tried to send an HTML message which got stripped down to 
plain text format. . It's happened to me countless times, no big deal.

Hi.  When I first heard the subject line of Sandra's message, I didn't 
understand what she meant.  Of course, after I came across the "funky" message 
that Tracy spoke of, then I figured it out.  

 

Thank you for clearing things up, Jeremy.  

 

I guess what I am saying is this.  I guess we all need to relax a bit.  I am 
certain that GW Micro would have figured out what caused the odd message 
eventually.  Robert, thank you for your response which added a bit of levity to 
the situation.  See?  Sandra, things worked themselves out.
