To anyone willing to listen,
It's me Peter here with a question or two about technical
magazines and other publications. I'm going to be going into computer
scinece in the under graduate level at a major four year university in
the United States and was wondering about the usefulness of
periodicals in my self-education and up-to-date information into the
information in technology. How hard is it for us in audio to
understand the technical aspects or whatever of technology? I got a
braille press format and I guess that is printed braille pages for a
monthly subscription. So, naturally I wonder if any of you use these
subscriptions and if not how come? Do you find online, audio, braille
or another method to be most helpful? Thanks for any help in this
regard.
