Hi,
To start Windows in safe mode, hold F8 when you turn on your computer.
Programs that start up during normal operation of Windows will not
start up in safe mode, so if Window-Eyes is causing the hang, you
should be able to boot into safe mode just fine.

Once in safe mode, disable the Window-Eyes service by going to
Administrative Tools, then Services. Admin Tools is typically under
Accessories on the Start menu, but you can type admin into the search
box and find it that way also.

Next, remove the Window-Eyes shortcut from your Startup folder in the
Start menu under Programs.

Finally, try rebooting into normal Windows and see if this works.
