Just a short note to thank all of you who tried to help me. I ran the tt usb on this laptop for two years with window-eyes. I should have left well enough alone; smile. Anyway, after numerous times of getting the blue screen of death and having to have sighted assistance with safe mode and uninstalling the acs triple talk usb drivers, it's done. I now can't even install tt for window-eyes. I am thinking that the culprits might be eset antivirus and super antispyware somehow blocking part of the installation since they scan incoming files and files that are running. I may have to disable those items and then try installing the drivers for tt to run with window-eyes. Anyway, sorry for the long post, but thanks again to those who tried to help. Sue
