You can go to the systray and either right click on the eset icon or press
the application key to bring up the context menu. then open the window from
within that menu. Or, open it from within your program menu. Once the window
is open, Move your mouse to setup and left click on that. Within the window
that comes up you should see: Temporarily disable antivirus and antispyware.
Left click on that and confirm when prompted. Then just close the window. Do
the same thing again to turn it back on.
