Try turning Autoload off with Insert A.

Greetings to the list.
There are times when I encounter a Web page which keeps on refreshing even
though the Window-Eyes 7.12 "refresh rotor" is set to "suspend all." This
can be annoying when trying to read a page non-stop. What do users do in
these situations?
