Hello Traci As well as re-defining the Window-Eyes hot key you can also just use the bypass key. The default is:
insert+B Once you press the bypass key the next key or combination of keys pressed at the same time will go to the application. For example, the hot key for reply all in Outlook is control+shift+R. This is also the Window-Eyes read-to-end hot key. So to do a reply all, I press insert+B followed by control+shift+R. I don't mind, since I don't do a reply all that often.
