Hi all, I tried to install WE on my new laptop yesterday and whilst the
installation seemed to go ok, I was first asked if I wanted to allow the
software to install, then the process of installation and finally setting
the startup options, WE does not appear to have been installed properly.
Firstly WE does not start up when the computer starts and secondly there is
no WE icon on the desktop and although WE appears in the start menu, the
directory appears to only contain the manual.
I looked in add remove programs and WE isn't there either.
I ought to also say that when I put the CD back in I was informed that WE
was already installed but that I could upgrade it with the CD and that this
would happen without any speech.
I'm sure this is caused by something I have missed with installing on a
Windows7 system but can anyone offer any advice?
