It's a Soney Vaio. The program I'm trying to remove is called Trend micro anti spyware. When I click on the remove button in add and removes programs. It takes me to a page. The page says something to the effect of for technical support click here to uninstal click the uninstal button below. There is something that says uninstal below that but it is not a button. It is just plain text. I pressed enter on it to see what happens and nothing did. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
