yes, go to tools under OE and select messege rules. There are 3 choices. One
is block senders list. Click on that and a dialog window will open. Arrow
down to the email you wish to unblock, and then tab over to remove. Click yes,
and then tab to okay.

  Subject: OT: Outlook Express Question

Hey Guys, I'm trying to help out a friend who has Outlook Express. I don't
have that anymore. Does anyone know, if you check the Block Sender item to
block messages from a specific sender, how to unblock it if you change your
mind? Can that even be done? I never used that item when I had the program, so
I have no idea myself.

Thanks for any help on this.

  Evan
