Hi everyone,
I am trying to renew Window-Eyes for another 30 days with my new
activation code. It tells me that it has activated successfully,
however it stilll doesn't say the number of days remaining. It says
leased copy expired. Do I need a locking key from tech support to
install it manually? This is very unusual. I thought this only
happened if you tried to install it on a second machine while you are
in the payment plan?
