In my case, the link was divided, with most on the first line, and a little more
on the next line, separated by a hard return. What I did was to copy the part
of the url on the first line, pasted it into the IE address bar, then copied the
rest of the link on the second line, carefully located my cursor on the address
bar at the extreme right end, and pasted in the second part of the link. The
last part of the first paste reads "cha". The first part of the second paste
reads "pet", and the first should flow without a break into the second, no hard
returns. Once you know you've got it all, hit Enter.

The real question is why, or how, was that link divided in the first place?

In this case, the link that was emailed had some extra greater than and> and
less than, < signs in it. That's all. Sometimes they get put in by the email
program from forwarded messages.

Hi. Andre, thanks for providing the correct link. The file did play for me as
well.

Ok, now, I have to ask. What makes a link not come through correctly?
