having trouble using i-tunes with WE.Hello, let me see if I can help. First,
are you using the latest version of we? 7.2?

1. How do I check a song or album in my i-tunes library?

Once you are on the song, hit shift-f10, or your context key. Then arrow down
that list, or I think it is c to check.

2. is there a way to create a playlist with the keyboard?

I believe it is control-N. If you hit alt-F to bring up the file menu, arrow
down and we should read each shortcut. There are several ways to create a
playlist or smartplaylist.

Sorry, I'm not sure on your last question.

Good luck,

Traci

Subject: having trouble using i-tunes with WE.

  Hi all,

I understand that i-tunes does not work seamlessly with we. Has anyone
worked enough with it to answerthe following:

  1. How do I check a song or album in my i-tunes library?

  2. is there a way to create a playlist with the keyboard?

  3. is there a way to re-initialize the i-tunes and i-phone?

Thanks in advance for your help.
