I'm running 7.2 of Window-eyes on my Asus Netbook with 2gb of memory.
Here's how to change to Classic color scheme in Windows 7 Starter.
If you haven't already done this, go into Control Pannel, tab over to and spacebar on a button labeled Category. Choose either small or large icons. This will allow you to jump to specific Control Pannel items by letter and Window-eyes will speak each item as links rather than categories.

1. Within Control pannel, hit 'D' until you get to Display and click it. Unlike other Windows 7's, Starter ditches Personalization. 2. Tab over to and spacebar on "change color scheme". This should bring down a combobox where you can choose Classic.
