Hi, Try go to start,controlpanel,remove programs,chose turn on or off Windows programs,find Internet Explorer,place a check mark for Internet Explorer,Ok.
Or, maybe you have to turn it off first and turn it on again in - turn on or off Windows Programs by check uncheck mark.
