I know there is a booksense list, but I didn't want to subscribe there just to get one question answered, so I hope its ok to post that here. I looked at the GW website and didn't see that the booksense lets you use thumb drives. But I note it will connect to a pc to charge the battery. Is that a direct connection, i.e. you plug it into a port like you would a thumb drive? Or is there a cable making the connection, which might mean that you could use thumb drives and that fact is not mentioned, or I missed it? I'm looking at the booksense and the bookport plus. One of the points in favor of the later is its ability to let you use thumb drives. I want to make sure I know all the capabilities of both units prior to making a decision.
