And SSD`s are silent and produce no heat. Thinkpad`s are good and expensive. With T500 I get the blue screnn once in a while, once a week or less or more. The laptop restarts by itself. I hit enter under boot and everything is okay again.

I was in fact at work and my PC at home was switched off at the time. My guess is that somehow the perpetrator got at my web mail and sent out to all in my web mail address book. I think this as I saw a number of contacts on it that are now no longer in my Outlook contacts list. I uploaded the contacts about 3 years ago. I intend to remove them totally, when I can work out how! I hope no-one tried that link.
