Using WE 7.2, Outlook Express, XP. When editing emails for reply or forwards, taking out the unnecessary text, addresses, forwarding info, etc, I hold down shift, hold down the down arrow. Hopefully this highlights what I want to delete? Then I hit delete.
Seems as if this used to delete what was highlighted. Now, if I highlight too many lines, it does not delete. I seem to have to do only 10 lines or so at a time.
