Go to tools, adressbook, press shift tab, knock on the left arrow key to go to the "only name" radio button. Then you will see your contacts.
Above the search field there are two radio buttons. Only names to the left and more rows/cells or something to the right. Dont have my dictionary Norwegian - English installed right now. Bowen, Jr. [mailto:[email protected]] Sendt: 27. juli 2010 23:50 Til: GW Micro Support List Emne: Window eyes 7.2 Outlook '03 and Windows 7 Hi, Im having a little trouble exporting my contacts from Outlook on my XP machine to Outlook on my Windows 7 notebook. I did the procedure according to the MS docs, choosing file, Import Export choosing to a file type Microsoft Excel, gave it a name and hit finish. The excel file created properly. I opened it up and verified a few of the 905 addresses Ive collected over the years. I went to the Windows 7 machine started Outlook 03 choose file, Import Export, from a file, pointed to the file, indicated it was ok to create duplicates and hit finish. When I go to the Tools, Address Book, there are no items in the contact list. If I go to the folder list and scroll to Contacts, they are there, but Window eyes, or me, probably the latter, cant do anything with them there. Can anyone tell me what I am missing, or not doing, that will allow me to see these addresses in the Address Book, contacts list? Thanks, Sincerely, Donald E.
