It sounds a little hard to memorize, but I can see what you mean.
It is possilbe sort of, but perhaps not really practical to wonder around for
any excessive amount of time,
unless you already know that there is something there.
It would be nice to have a key combo that moves from object to object, as if
were a Tab/Shift+Tab order,
but instead of focusable windows, it was a 2-D plane of objects. The
foreground window,
left to right, top to bottom, with custom settings to ommit certain objects
like minimize and maximize if the person is totally blind.

You can try the move by clip hotkeys which are usually the insert on the number
pad, plus either the numpad 7, 8, and 9 which move to and reads the previous,
current, and next clips. You probably will need the mouse keys. Numpad+7 moves
to the top left of the screen, numpad 9 to the top right, numpad 1 to the
bottom left, and numpad 3 to the bottom right of the screen.
Hope this helps you get going in the right direction. One more thing: Make sure
the mouse is set to read the current active window. Play around with the mouse
boundary hotkey, control+shift+b.

I have not gotten a response to my earlier post about selecting objects, so
maybe I should of asked about Hot Tracking instead.
How do you move the mouse over, so that is above an object?
Another way to word this might be:
Is there anyway to move the mouse over to a window or window object, that is
not in the tab/shift+tab order? Basically all child window controls, and all
objects on each control including the system titlebar.
For example the close button, status bar objects, etc.
