Hi Jim, Do you have the email address for the Facebook Accessibility team? Using it I was able to get my captsha issue resolved quickly and I haven't run in to one in ages . I sent these guys an email this morning with regards to my inability to create a Facebook badge. We'll see if it gets answered.
When I do run into captcha elsewhere, I find the firefox plug in webvisum to be reliable and easy about 99percent of the time.
