hi aaron

i have a window-eyes 7.1 which i then upgrade to 7.2. i have to go
through authorisation again. a while ago I spoke to Doug because my 7.2
keeps going into demo mode. when I uninstall, I find that the licence
is still there and I return it. When I reinstall i do not have to
authorise my 7.1 again, so I install 7.2 upgrade again and the trouble
starts all over again. Doug at the time told me to re-download my 7.2
upgrade, but at the time this did not resolve the issue. Has the 7.2
upgrade file been updated again? I am reluctant to upgrade to 7.2
everlock because of the demo problem and my windows 7 machine currently
operates quite nicely on 7.11.

Regards

ANDRE

Robert,

Please re-download the Window-Eyes 7.2 upgrade from
www.gwmicro.com/upgrade. It has been updated to resolved this problem.

Thanks,

Aaron

I activated my new license yesterday, but now it's saying lease
is expired. I had to kill window eyes in task manager, and after that it
started telling me it was a demonstration copy. Can i fix this?
