Hi,
Here is a quick and dirty fix for the problem of a single message which
I have been using for some time.
1. Set View, Sort Order to subject.
2. Send yourself two messages called zz1 and zz2.
These messages will sit out of the way at the bottom of any message list
and allow the normal use of the arrow keys when there is only one
genuine message.
In short, if there is a problem gaining access to the single
message, make sure there is always three messages displayed.

After new Email messages have downloaded I can tab to the list of
messages and arrow down the list to see the message headers. However in
the event there is only one message in the list if you arrow down to see
if there are others and find none if you arrow back up you also hear
nothing. Sighted help tells me that the message is still listed but WE
won't read it. Any solution to this problem?
If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender
only. If your reply would benefit others on the list and your message is
related to GW Micro, then please consider sending your message to
[email protected] so the entire list will receive it.
