Actually you reversed it. IT's Alt+F to open the file menu, then S for Save and then A for set file and all dictionaries.

Hi, Udin!  I can try to answer your first question.

To save your Eloquence synthesizer, do the following.  After you select
Eloquence as your default synthesizer, press the alt key, then s and then f.
Press enter and that should save your settings.
