Hi, he used windows 7 64. You will need to order a cd from gw micro
because window-eyes 7.0 will not install on windows 64 bit. You have to
have window-eyes 7.1 or later so order a window-eyes 7.2 cd and all will be
well.

Subject: Installing Window Eyes on a Windows 7 Computer

Hello Everyone,

One of my computers is getting an upgrade to Windows 7. Someone is handling
this for me who has little or no knowledge of Window Eyes. It is a clean
install of Windows 7. I gave him a installation CD with Window Eyes. I
cannot recall now, but it might be version 7, whatever the last regular
release with a CD is. He called today and said he got a message that Window
Eyes was not compatible. I know Window Eyes 7.2 works with Windows 7. Will
he be able to just use the check updates item and get Window Eyes to work?
If not, will I need an installation CD with window Eyes 7.2 on it? Any
other ideas are appreciated.

Thanks.
