Hello,
Not sure where to start but...using latest version of Firefox and WE 7.2
with Windows XP. All is up-to-date. I bought and paid for two books which
I could not download on Sunday night. I went back and found them in my
library on the audible site this morning. At almost the end of the
download, I was kicked off the internet and got an error message. I was
informed that the download was going into Windows Media Player but that the
program had to close. I was told to send an error report to Microsoft.
This happened twice. It's a longer book (which shouldn't make a difference)
but my shorter book did download to my downloads folder. I seem to get the
errors if there's more than one part to a book...not sure. Same thing
occurred with internet explorer and I'm aware there's a note on the Audible
site saying that downloads aren't working with ie 7. Thoughts, anybody?
With thanks,

Jo Taliaferro
