Press F11 again. It's a toggle.

I was playing around with the F-11 key in Internet Explorer 8 which
presents a webpage in a full screen view. I found this no longer let's
me get to the URL address using the mouse keys. I would like to get back
to the standard view of a webpage. in the View menu I see the Full
Screen item listed with F-11 as its keyboard command. But I do not see
any corresponding item for getting back. Any tips?
