I am not a techy, but in windows live you do control shift c and your contact 
list is available.

Hi again,

Well, WLM accessibility falls far short of Windows Mail and Outlook Express.  
There are lots of quarky things with it and Window-Eyes. For instance, After 
you enter text within the TO: field, you must press Tab twice to get onto the 
CC: field. Also, it's harder to use the Contacts list.
