It seems unlikely that it would take as long to delete the small amount of spam that might get through your spam blocker as it is taking to get this all squared away. Somehow, I just don't think I should have to prove I am not spam so the spam blocker doesn't have to do its job. I just don't get very much spam through my ISP and I'm not even on the highest level so it is difficult to see what this sort of procedure gains even without the CAPTCHA hassle. . I think you will eventually find that you will miss e-mails that you would like to receive because you didnt add the sender to your list, but maybe not.
