2 things you can try.

First, find the place in settings where you can change the browser's cache. I can't recall offhand where that is in either IE or Firefox, I think it is in the advanced settings area of Firefox, but am not sure. Then increase the size of the chache to something beyond what anything any page might possibly need. 2 Gb should be more than enough, 2048k.

2. If you are using Firefox, install the No Script addon. You can find it by searching for it on the addon's page. You will have to manually allow any scripts you want to allow to run on pages you visit, but it is more than worth the effort to customize.

to the other question asked am trying to leave feedback in ebay and I really don't want to have it reload every time I get where I want to be and it didn't start doing this till I updated WE to 7.2
