I am writing to thank everyone for their suggestions and to let list members
know how I finally resolved the problem that I was having accessing the list
view in Windows Explorer of Win7. I unchecked an option in the advanced
settings dialog of the view tab of folder options of the tool menu of
explorer. When I unchecked the option to "show preview handlers in preview
pain" I was then able to arrow freely up and down the file and folder lists
in Windows Explorer.
