Brenda, Let's see if I can help. You do have the latest version to WE 7.2. The little bug fixes added to this version are pretty minor, so it didn't seem worth their while to make a change in the version number. If you're not having any problems with WE 7.2, it's really not necessary to add the Refresh to your version of WE 7.2. It's just kind of a little tweaking that Gw Micro did, without changing the version number. But.if you want the tweaks and fixes you can download right on top of WE 7.2 and you're good to go. That's my understanding, anyway. Hope it helps.

I have followed Raul's tutorials and have placed the message status at the beginning of the message headers. It does indeed list a status of new to all new incoming messages however if you read one of the messages and then close it and go back to the list instead of it saying new for all the remaining new messages it just says status.
