Hi.
These days screen readers do not care about what graphics card is used so long as the video driver is compatible with it. That is the screen reader's video driver not the actual graphics driver.

Hello,
I am purchasing a new laptop with Windows 7 and MS Office 2007. I will have
an I5 processor and 3gb of RAM. I am not sure what graphics card to select
so that WE 8 will be supported. Do I need a "smart card" reader or extra
graphics capabilities for Window-Eyes8 to be supported? Will MSOffice 2007
still be supported?
Is Windows 7 64-bit recommended and why? Thanks for your help.
