Umm, wow? Anyway, there were a couple of inaccurate statements in GW's 
response. First, while it may have been the first to offer a payment plan, it 
is not the only company to do so. Serotek has offered such a plan, two of them 
in fact, for a couple years now. Also, System Access also worked with Office 
2010 (Word and Excel, anyway) on release, and during a good bit of the beta 
cycle. We can argue semantics as to who was first, but that's kind of silly, 
isn't it?
