Hi all, Actually I have two issues. First firefox add one's. I have been going around and around trying to get answers regarding firefox. Just started trying to use and the support page stinks. I have tried asking questions and get no answers using their support function. I have also tried to download the webvisum and finally got a confirmation code in an e mail with a link but no way to access the link without entering a very long web address. After doing that all I got was an error message saying no account could be found. Has anyone used devise and if so how in the world did you do it. I also have a problem with gw version 7.0. I have a new 7.0 disc, removed my old version but when I try and install my new disc I get as far as it telling me to re boot and that is it Nothing happens so I remove the disc and manually reboot with no idea where 7.0 has gone..
