Hi can someone correct me if I am wrong. On the numpad, press twice on the
key above 8 for double left click and button above 9 for double right
click. Thanks.

On your numpad, to the right of numlock, there is a button.
Hit that button for a single click.
As far as a double click, can't help you there.
