Mine does the same thing. I'm running XP Home and WE 7.2.

Hi everyone
I seem to be having a rather odd issue here, and
what's so frustrating is, so far, it seems to be
isolated to my machine. I don't know if you
guys are familiar with the RS Games client, it's
a program that allows you to play games like
Monopoly, and Uno online with other players. In
previous releases, it read everything in a
transcript so you could keep track of what's
happening in the game.. All of a sudden though,
at least in the monopoly game on my particular
machine, wineyes is doing this thing where it'll
skip over very important game information, that
should be read alloud. To demonstrate this,
I'll give you an idea of how a turn in monopoly sounds when I play it.
1. I press enter to roll the dice.
2. the dice roll sound plays, so far, everything's good.
3. I've rolled a 3 and a 4, so I've moved 7
spaces, which Window-eyes tells me, so far
everything's still good. Here's where the problem starts.
4. I land on an item, and usually, what you
land on is read out as in, you land on Marvin
Gardens, which is a yellow property. It costs
$100. want it? that's just an aproxomation but you get the idea.
Now, instead of saying all that, window-eyes
simply says, you roll 3 4. You have $1500 want
it? So you see, it's completely skipped over
all the important information in the game. You
can still read this information, you can use the
page up and page down keys to scroll in the
transcript window, but wineyes for whatever
reason just skips over this. I can't possibly
play monopoly like this. I've already tried
uninstalling, and re-installing the RS games
client, and I've also tried running the program
with scripting status disabled. It doesn't
really rely on any scripts, so I didn't think
that would really matter, and it turns out
that's the case. But the big question is, why
is this happening? Why is all that necessary
text just being skipped over, and better yet, is
there something that I need to do, or is this
something on RS game's end? What is so
frustrating is that the program worked just
great a few short days ago, everything read just
as it should. However it isn't now. I've
really enjoyed playing monopoly but if I can't
find some kind of a fix, I can't do it with any
reliability. and again, it only seems to be
isolated to this machine. Do any of you folks
have any ideas here? I am stumped.
Thanks.
