That's great news. I haven't even bothered with the player in probably two years because I just found it too frustrating to get the volume at the right level,, shut down WE so I didn't get my hearing damaged and all of that. Sounds like they are making some progress.

I am still holding out some hope that the new Apple TV box will use Voiceover or have a control app for it so I can easily use Netflix streaming on my home theater setup, but it is great to know that I can now watch films on my PC if I want to without too much frustration to make it worthwhile.

Thanks for the info,

Chris

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that. You can use the up and down arrows to change the volume.

Have they added a way to raise and lower the volume in the player via
keyboard? The default volume is way too low and raising the master
volume to a decent level makes WE come near to blowing my eardrums
out. I found the whole thing too frustrating and just gave up on
Netflix streaming.

Thanks,

Chris

Ah well,
Sometimes I just overlook the obvious.
For those who use netflicks for streaming use the control left and
right arrows for moving forward in a movie or show. use the spacebar
to start and stop. You won't hear the movie as you are moving
through it, but it works. Move a bit then push the spacebar and it
will start up.
Now if I can just find how to get to my instant q after I've saved
things to it.
It's different than the place you store movies to be sent to you on DVD.
