I am pretty sure you cannot uninstall it and go back to xp.
There is a software called Windows XP Mode, made by microsoft, that simulates xp if your hardware supports the ability. That may be interesting for some techs to try with windows eyes.

Here is the download:

W Hi,

I recently upgraded my Windows XP machine to Windows Seven. The only other software installed was Window Eyes 7.2

How do I uninstall the Windows Seven upgrade and return to XP?

Thanks,
don
