Did you try re-starting we, sometimes I do that and the page clicks a
bunch of times, and it rights itself.
Leave the page open when doing this.

I've had a lot of problems with not being able to access or
loading links by pressing enter on links with Window-Eyes. I'm on
the Microsoft web site right now, and some links I press enter on,
