Hey Chris, I am wondering why you seem so enraged. I have never mentioned it
on this list but what I do all day is Dialysis for the first 5 hours then I
come home and get orders ready to send out of my own developed product " The
Easy Writing Guide" this is not a computer product and I use paypal and
sending ' Request for money " to a non paypal member has never been a
problem for me or my clients to pay through paypal using their currant
credit card and my clients are all over the world. I never wanted to ensite
your rage but I am sure that is what I am getting from you.

I don't know what you do all day, but I care about my students and their
time,
and my time is money, and paypal isn't a little 2 bit site, it's a pretty
major player.
When will blindies get it through they're head that it's they're right to
ask for fixes from a company they pay good money to?
If more people would belly up and b e professional and ask for what they
need instead of making excuses, or blasting people who have the balls to
ask for what they need, we'd be a lot further ahead.

Hey there, No need to get huffy. I was only trying to say that, when it is
thought about, GW will not be able to keep with every idiot out there that
thinks the way he or she suddenly writes or changes their site. There must
be a hundred different ways to display a web site and it also has to be
written so that it works. It might be better to ask if someone can take a
look instead of ordering it? Thaat is all I was trying to say man. The
internet, for the most part, a very new medium withouth a standard yet. I
still do not have any trouble with PayPal but it has been about 1 month
since I sent a payment through there. Thanks, Craig R.

I respectfully disagree, maybe not every litle incident specifically, but
in a particular web method,
or trend, and we are pitifully behind.
And I think the important things we do need to scream about.
I will be telling paypal too by the way, but guess what, I pay the big
bucks to gwmicro to make things accessible for me, so that's why I tell
them first.
We don't need to appologize and pull back when asking for things,
remember, your hard earned cash goes to them so you can do your job
better.
As long as we are polite and respectful, we can make our needs known and
we should, but I do take your point.

Chris, This sounds like a paypal problem to me. Their website and
WinEyes have always played nicely together and if they have changed
that, then they need to know that. GW will not be able to jump when a
site goes stupid to what their clients need? I know that you do not need
me to be calling you on this but... Can you see what I mean?smile. Keep
smiling, Craig R.

Hey guys,
We really really really really need to get window-eyes working on the
web better.
I just went through all kinds of hassle trying to get one of my clients
through paypal with window-eyes, and we ended up using nvda to finish
the form.
Seems that you can not see the card type, visa, master card, etc when
your not in the msaa mode.
YOu can arrow to them while in the msaa mode,
but when off, it won't see the card type at all.
With nvda, we were able to select the card type we arrowed to it and
hit the space bar.
I don't know if
the spacebar is relevant,
but we think it is.
anyway,
just another thing that we can't do on the web now, and this is
important.
Please fix this.
Thank you.
