Hi Mbern: You can go into the Support link in the GW Micro website, then go to the Support link and you will find a link to the Knowlege Base. Once there, just type the word Itunes and press Enter. You will find all the Knowlege base articles containing the word you are looking for and then choose the one you are interested in. Kevin Huber
