I take it the tree view you mean is the one in windows explorer?
 
I'm just curious why you have related this to the GW toolkit, because I
don't see any relation, and putting this in the subject of the message may
cause people who could otherwise help you, not to read this message.
 
maybe there's a connection I'm not aware of though?

I'm having an issue where WE is not readily reading the folder names in the
tree view (or it takes a while to read them.)  It's also the case when I
arrow up and down in a folder.
    I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium with 64-bit capability.  Thanks.
